Terms and conditions

These terms govern access to and use of the online course Master of Peptides ("the Course"), operated by Mikel Gastaminza (sole trader / self-employed), with tax ID (NIF) 72706640Y and address in Madrid (Spain), contact [email protected]. By enrolling in and accessing the Course you accept these terms in full.

Educational nature

Master of Peptides is an exclusively educational product. All content is for research and informational purposes; it does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Master of Peptides does not sell peptides or any other substance; it sells only access to educational material.

Access license

By enrolling you are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access the Course and its materials solely for your personal and educational use. This license does not grant you any ownership rights over the content.

Prohibition on redistribution

It is prohibited to reproduce, redistribute, resell, share access credentials, publish on third-party platforms or make available to the public, in whole or in part, any Course material (videos, texts, documents, certificates) without prior written authorization.

Community rules

If the Course includes a community space (forum, chat, group), its use is governed by these minimum rules: it is strictly prohibited to give dosages to third parties as medical advice. No member, moderator or instructor of the community is authorized to prescribe, recommend or validate dosages, usage guidelines or protocols for another person. Any exchange of experiences is purely informational and educational in nature, under the sole responsibility of the person sharing it, and never replaces the assessment of a healthcare professional.

Certificate

The certificate issued upon completion of the Course is a certificate of completion of a private course. It is not an official or medical qualification, nor is it accredited by any regulatory body or public administration.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this same page with their effective date.
